How does booking work?
Browse listings by vetted UK providers, pay securely, then submit your DVLA check code. The provider reviews your record and confirms the booking within 48 hours.
Who provides the insurance?
Insurance is arranged by the provider through their own insurer. Once your booking is confirmed, the provider adds you to the vehicle’s policy before collection.
Is my deposit protected?
Yes. Deposits are held by ITIRR and auto-refunded after the rental ends, unless the provider reports damage within 24 hours.
What is the ITIRR service fee?
A 10% service fee is charged to the renter at checkout, shown transparently. It is added on top of the provider’s listed rate, not deducted from it.
