FAQ
Good questions, clear answers.
How does booking work?
Browse listings by vetted UK providers, pay securely, then submit your DVLA check code. The provider reviews your record and confirms the booking within 48 hours.
Who provides the insurance?
The vehicle provider does. Every provider is required to hold a specialist self-drive hire or motor trade insurance policy as a condition of listing. By accepting your booking, the provider makes a binding legal declaration that you are covered under their policy for your rental dates. ITIRR does not arrange, verify, or guarantee insurance.
Is my deposit protected?
Yes. Deposits are held by ITIRR and auto-refunded after the rental ends, unless the provider reports damage within 24 hours.
What is the ITIRR service fee?
A 10% service fee is charged to the renter at checkout, shown transparently. It is added on top of the provider’s listed rate, not deducted from it.
